Zbang Google Ads Audit terms of use
These terms apply to the Zbang Google Ads Audit app available at https://ads.zbang.ai/app-home. They describe the service scope, the responsibilities of app users, and the limits that apply when using the app with Google accounts and Google Ads data.
Service scope
- The app is designed to connect to a Google account chosen by the user and read Google Ads data needed to build audits, dashboards, recommendations, and exports.
- The app is offered as an analysis and planning tool. It is not positioned as legal, accounting, or financial advice.
- Unless Zbang clearly enables a write workflow in a future release, the Google Ads integration is used in a read-only way for analysis.
User responsibilities
- You should only connect Google accounts and Google Ads accounts you are authorized to access and analyze.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide, including brand and competitor patterns, naming conventions, and any downstream decisions made using the audit.
- You should review recommendations before acting on them in Google Ads or elsewhere.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the app to violate applicable law, breach Google terms, interfere with the service, or access data you are not allowed to use.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or bypass the service's access controls, rate limits, or account protections.
- Zbang may suspend or limit access where needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Data and privacy
- Your use of the app is also governed by the app privacy policy.
- Privacy rights, retention information, export options, and deletion controls are described in the app privacy materials.
- If you use the app on behalf of an advertiser or client, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to share that data with Zbang.
Availability and changes
- The app may evolve over time, including changes to features, providers, and eligibility requirements.
- Zbang may modify these terms, and updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
- Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, provider outages, security events, or other operational reasons.
Limits and disclaimers
- Audit outputs are generated from the data available to the app at the time of the run and may be affected by tracking gaps, attribution issues, or source-data limitations.
- Zbang aims to keep the service reliable, but does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs.
- To the extent allowed by law, you remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on any recommendation.
